Frontend Engineer (AWS)

Job Description

Develop and deliver frontend solutions for the Hercules Rep Desktop, supporting contact center business outcomes such as reduced handling time and improved customer satisfaction. Help shape the platform’s future strategy, including migration to Angular, micro-frontends, and module federation, while collaborating with Claims, Operations, and other teams.

Requirements: Candidates need at least three years of frontend development experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React, along with working experience using AWS services. The role also calls for contact center technology experience, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code familiarity, modern responsive UI/UX knowledge, and strong independent execution, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
