Lead Software Engineer (Process and Intelligence Automation)

Job Description

Design and deliver enterprise architecture and IT operations solutions, including process automation, AI-enabled intelligence capabilities, and a meta-model graph that represents the bank’s technology operations. Build and operate scalable cloud-based software and data products, improve architecture tooling and processes, and guide technical decisions in collaboration with business, product, risk, and security stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and six to eight years of relevant experience. Candidates should bring hands-on expertise in AI, Python, cloud platforms, data engineering, scalable backend systems, containers and IaC, enterprise architecture and process modeling, and technical leadership, ideally in a regulated industry.
