Lead Software Engineer (Process and Intelligence Automation)

Job Description

Redesign enterprise architecture and IT processes, and build AI-, code-, and tooling-based automations that collect process data and support process intelligence. Develop and operate scalable cloud applications, data models and pipelines, architecture tooling, and CI/CD solutions while guiding technical decisions and collaborating with business, product, risk, and security stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and six to eight years of relevant experience. Candidates should bring hands-on expertise in AI, Python, cloud platforms, data engineering, distributed and scalable systems, microservices, containers, infrastructure as code, enterprise architecture and process modeling, plus technical leadership and experience in regulated industries.
