Software Engineer - Remote

Job Description

Develop realistic coding challenges and reproducible test environments for AI training, and provide reference solutions with technical documentation. Debug and fix software issues, implement and test features, refactor and optimize codebases, and review code submissions for quality and maintainability.

Requirements: Strong programming experience in at least one supported language, with solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. Candidates should have experience with backend development, APIs, and scalable systems, plus demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; relevant GitHub contributions or willingness to complete an assessment is required.
