Job Description

Develop realistic coding challenges and reproducible test environments for AI training, and provide reference solutions with technical documentation. Debug and fix software issues, implement and test features, refactor and optimize codebases, and review submissions for accuracy and maintainability.

Requirements: Applicants need strong programming experience in at least one supported language, solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering, and experience with backend development, APIs, or scalable systems. They should be able to troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, communicate effectively, and provide relevant GitHub contributions or complete a technical assessment.
