Job Description

Create realistic coding challenges and reproducible test environments for AI training, including deterministic verifiers and reference solutions. Debug and fix software issues, implement and test features, refactor and optimize code, document technical reasoning, and review code submissions.

Requirements: Candidates need strong programming experience in at least one supported language, solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering, and experience with backend development, APIs, or scalable systems. They should be able to troubleshoot bugs, improve performance, communicate effectively, and provide relevant GitHub contributions or complete a technical assessment.
