Senior Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Own and develop backend services that manage printer identity, connectivity, provisioning, updates, and telemetry, while designing reliable cloud-to-device networking and Linux system lifecycle processes. Lead major initiatives through production rollout, participate in on-call and incident response, improve service reliability, and provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years building and operating production backend services, deep Linux and networking expertise, hands-on experience provisioning and updating Linux systems, and expert proficiency in a modern backend language such as C++ or TypeScript. Candidates should have a production reliability mindset, strong communication and debugging skills, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
