Software Engineer

Job Description

Maintain, secure, and enhance the SGEM smart grid engineering software platform, including designing, developing, testing, and documenting software with modern tools and methodologies. Build secure-by-default installation tooling, create tests for security, performance, and correctness, estimate development work, and monitor security threats and vulnerabilities affecting operating systems and third-party products.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in computer science and at least one year of experience with Siemens SP7, SGEM, and EMM products are required. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, OAuth, and CIS security benchmarks, be able to program in Python, C++, and shell scripting, be able to travel up to 10%, and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
