Industrial Engineering - Arlington TX

Job Description

Improve manufacturing processes and product quality by eliminating waste, optimizing workflows, and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Analyze throughput, lead continuous improvement projects, and provide technical support to production and maintenance teams while coordinating changes across functions.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience, plus at least three years of manufacturing or engineering experience. Candidates must be able to rotate across all three shifts and work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed, with knowledge of standardized work, lean manufacturing, and Microsoft Office.
