Civil Engineer – Designer – EIT III

Job Description

Prepare engineering calculations, analyses, plans, specifications, reports, estimates, and permit applications for a range of civil systems and land development projects. Coordinate with project teams and clients, resolve design issues, produce project graphics using CADD tools, and gain mentored experience toward PE licensure.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least three years of land development design experience, and a passed FE/EIT certification, with eligibility to sit for the PE exam where state rules allow. Candidates should have strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills, clear communication, initiative, and the ability to manage complex tasks with reduced day-to-day oversight.
