Staff or Senior Firmware Engineer

Job Description

Lead firmware development for connected sensors, gateways, and other IoT devices, from hardware selection and board bring-up through drivers, power and connectivity management, and product launch. Collaborate across hardware, product, cloud, mobile, and quality teams, while mentoring engineers and ensuring reliable, secure, power-efficient devices at fleet scale.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of firmware experience with resource-constrained systems, substantial bare-metal and RTOS expertise, fluency in C, and hands-on experience bringing up boards and debugging hardware interfaces. Candidates should have led multiple products from concept to launch, demonstrated cross-team technical leadership, and be able to deliver reliable firmware using sound testing and documentation practices.
