Staff or Senior Firmware Engineer

Job Description

Develop and ship firmware for resource-constrained connected devices, including bringing up new hardware, building drivers and device-management layers, and optimizing power, connectivity, and data collection. Lead cross-functional product development and mentor engineers while ensuring reliable device operation and useful data across hardware, firmware, cloud, and quality systems.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of firmware experience, substantial bare-metal and RTOS expertise, fluency in C, and hands-on experience bringing up boards and debugging low-level hardware interfaces. Candidates should have led multiple products from concept through launch, demonstrated senior-level cross-team technical leadership, and be able to document designs and deliver reliable software iteratively.
