Software Engineer

Job Description

Optimize collective algorithms and communication topologies for large-scale machine learning training, including developing low-level device drivers and C/C++ implementations of communication patterns. Collaborate with hardware teams to improve software and custom silicon performance, diagnose compute and bandwidth bottlenecks, and build analysis and automation frameworks for distributed systems.

Requirements: Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience and at least two years designing or architecting systems with a focus on reliability and scaling. Proficiency in at least one major programming language is required.
