Forward Deployed Engineer - Federal

Job Description

Own the technical direction and success of strategic federal customer accounts, including deployments, integrations, architectural decisions, and complex technical troubleshooting. Identify customer needs, build product extensions, and translate field insights into requirements and solutions in collaboration with federal go-to-market and core engineering teams.

Requirements: Candidates need a strong engineering foundation, experience working with government or a government-focused company, and proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language. They should have experience scoping and shipping features with product and engineering teams, cross-functional judgment, and the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases.
