Software Engineer, Embedded BSP/Kernel (Robotics OS)

Job Description

Architect and evolve the Robotics OS across its BSP, kernel, image build and release systems, real-time behavior, update strategy, and fleet tooling. Lead board bring-up and reliability efforts, collaborate with hardware, firmware, AI, and NVIDIA teams, and help guide technical direction and grow the engineering team.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 10+ years building and shipping embedded Linux or Android system software, including ownership of an OS, BSP, or platform stack on shipped hardware. Candidates need deep C and Linux kernel expertise, ARM64 board bring-up experience, OS build and release system experience, cross-layer debugging skills, and the ability to influence technical direction across teams and vendors.
