Indsutrial Engineer

Job Description

Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, facility layouts, labor utilization, and production systems to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve material flow. Lead operational improvement projects and collaborate with production, planning, engineering, and suppliers on capacity planning, equipment selection, and implementation.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or a related field is required, along with experience in manufacturing operations, facility layouts, workflow optimization, labor studies, and capacity planning. Candidates should be proficient with SolidWorks or similar CAD/layout software and understand Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and production analysis; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
