Job Description

Optimize collective algorithms, communication topologies, and low-level software to improve large-scale machine learning training performance. Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize software and custom silicon, analyze performance bottlenecks, and build frameworks and automation for distributed system scaling.

Requirements: Requires at least three years of professional software development experience and at least two years designing or architecting systems, with attention to reliability and scaling. Candidates must be proficient in at least one major programming language.
