Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

Job Description

Lead the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and modernization of scalable full-stack applications, including integrating AI-powered features and modernizing ETL pipelines with data engineering partners. Mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and oversee application reliability, performance, maintenance, and production issue escalation.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, at least four years of full-stack engineering experience, and experience leading production-grade web application development using Flask, React, or Next.js. Also requires strong SQL, PostgreSQL, performance tuning, Azure, application security, and mentoring experience; preferred qualifications include agentic development, AI automation, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Python, Databricks, cloud-native architecture, and commercial AI feature deployment.
