Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote)

Job Description

Lead the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and modernization of scalable full-stack applications, including integrating AI-powered features and modernizing ETL pipelines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, collaborate with business and data engineering stakeholders, and oversee application reliability, performance, and production support.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, plus 4 or more years of full-stack engineering experience. Candidates should have production application leadership experience with Flask, React, or Next.js; strong SQL, PostgreSQL, performance tuning, Azure, and application security skills; and experience mentoring engineers.
