Mechanical Engineer II

Job Description

Design, analyze, and document static and dynamic mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks, producing detailed production drawings and technical data packages that comply with ASME and military standards. Coordinate with drafting, production, integration, and test teams to transition designs into hardware, support testing and fabrication, resolve mechanical issues, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and approximately four years of mechanical engineering experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks, ASME drawing and GD&T standards, MIL-STD documentation, design analysis, and mechanical systems. Candidates must be willing to work on offensive weapons systems and be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance; defense industry experience is strongly preferred.
