Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead mechanical design and development of complex electromechanical products from concept through production, managing projects, technical risks, schedules, and costs. Create and validate designs, plan testing, coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, manage engineering changes, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics and 8+ years of experience designing and launching complex electromechanical products. Candidates should have strong machine design, CAD and FEA, GD&T, manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional collaboration experience, along with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
