Electrical Engineer

Job Description

Design and configure substation integration and automation systems for transmission and distribution substations, supporting SCADA, remote engineering access, and reliable power-system operations. Provide engineering documentation and field support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with operations and construction teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within cost expectations.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering with an emphasis in electrical engineering is required, along with foundational knowledge of power systems and familiarity with protective relaying, control systems, digital electronics, and substation automation. Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and computer skills; knowledge of DNP, SES92, SELFM, or CAD is preferred.
