Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead complex mechanical engineering projects from initial sale through shipment, overseeing design, schedules, budgets, resources, and cross-functional coordination. Improve product manufacturability and production outcomes through troubleshooting, process optimization, vendor coordination, performance metrics, innovation, and team mentorship.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline, plus at least four years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and product development skills, hands-on DFM experience, SolidWorks proficiency, project management capability, and the ability to lead complex projects and resolve manufacturing issues.
