Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Lead complex engineering projects from initial sale through shipment, overseeing design, budgets, schedules, resources, vendor coordination, and production handoffs. Improve product design and manufacturing through DFM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, cost-saving initiatives, performance tracking, and team mentorship.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline, plus at least four years of relevant engineering experience. Candidates should have strong mechanical design and SolidWorks skills, hands-on DFM experience, project management capability, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional work.
