Mechanical Designer

Job Description

Design and document complex mechanical assemblies using CAD, prepare engineering calculations and technical packages, and support manufacturability through design improvements and prototype validation. Guide designers and drafters, establish CAD and drawing best practices, monitor project progress and quality, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Requirements: Requires a two-year degree in engineering or design and two years of mechanical design experience using Pro/E, Creo, SolidWorks, or comparable CAD tools. Candidates should have 3D modeling and drafting expertise, knowledge of engineering practices and tolerance stack-up, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate and guide others.
