Staff Software Engineer - Java

Job Description

Lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Java microservices and applications, including systems supporting retail pharmacy. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, support production and on-call operations, manage reusable code assets, and mentor developers while partnering with architecture, development, and operations teams.

Requirements: Requires 7+ years of enterprise or web software development, including 5+ years with Java full-stack technologies, microservices, Spring Boot/REST, cloud services, and SQL or NoSQL databases; also requires 2+ years with a front-end framework and 3+ years of Agile practices. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; healthcare or retail pharmacy experience, GraphQL/gRPC, and expertise in scalable distributed systems and engineering best practices are preferred.
