Senior Software Engineer, Forward Deployed

Job Description

Lead technical delivery for enterprise customers, from discovery and requirements definition through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. Build customer integrations and core product improvements, identify reusable capabilities, and communicate customer insights and delivery risks to internal teams.

Requirements: Requires 5–7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, strong engineering fundamentals, and a record of independently delivering reliable production software. Candidates should be able to lead customer-facing technical discussions, resolve ambiguous cross-team problems, exercise product judgment, prioritize independently, and adapt to unfamiliar technologies and environments.
