Availability Engineering Software Engineer

Job Description

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Availability Assurance applications, including PDT, while supporting modernization, performance, reliability, and observability improvements. Participate in technical triage and outage investigations, identify root causes, recommend recovery actions, and collaborate with teams to strengthen application and infrastructure resiliency.

Requirements: Candidates should have experience developing and supporting applications with JavaScript, familiarity with databases, software engineering practices, containers, and enterprise infrastructure and security principles. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills are needed, along with the ability to balance software development and operational availability work.
