Lead Software Engineer - Remote

Job Description

Lead technical direction and architecture across delivery teams while remaining hands-on in designing, building, deploying, and supporting software and data platforms. Develop AI-enabled capabilities and data services, establish engineering standards, and ensure responsible AI practices and healthcare privacy and compliance controls.

Requirements: Requires 8+ years of hands-on software development, including substantial experience with Python and/or Java/Scala, SQL and relational databases, distributed data technologies, cloud platforms, and CI/CD. Candidates must have demonstrated technical leadership and architectural ownership, plus production AI/GenAI experience or a strong record of adopting and leading new technologies.
