Mechanical Engineer 1 - Cranberry, PA

Job Description

Provide technical support for reactor vessel internals design and analysis, including structural dynamic and/or thermal-hydraulic calculations and evaluations. Develop design and calculation documentation, coordinate with technical leads, project managers, and customers, and occasionally travel to customer, manufacturing vendor, and nuclear plant sites for support.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering and a minimum 3.0 GPA are required. Candidates should be able to interpret design documents, drawings, and calculation summaries, and have the capacity for conceptual design and development of design drawings.
