Senior Software Engineer – Python / Linux/ Embedded & IIoT

Job Description

Develop and maintain Python-based backend services, APIs, web and mobile applications, Linux utilities, and cloud monitoring infrastructure. Collaborate with embedded and electrical engineers to integrate firmware, sensors, controllers, and industrial IoT devices, while supporting secure, reliable software through testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Requirements: Candidates should have strong hands-on Python and Linux scripting experience, working knowledge of Java, C, or C++, and a solid understanding of full-stack development, APIs, and cloud applications. The role also calls for debugging and problem-solving skills, secure coding awareness, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively onsite in Torrington.
