Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Services

Job Description

Prepare estimates and draft schedules for mechanical service projects, clarify project scopes, identify replacement equipment, and assess installation, commissioning, and maintenance risks. Coordinate estimating and cost reviews with sales and operations teams, support customer service, and develop subcontractor scopes that prevent gaps between trades.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of relevant experience in sales, estimating, technical field support, or design engineering for building mechanical systems. Candidates should demonstrate HVAC maintenance and repair knowledge, equipment replacement research ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong collaboration and project-management skills; PMP, PE, journeyman, and other industry credentials are preferred.
