Senior Electrical Engineer, Team Lead

Job Description

Lead and mentor electrical engineers, provide day-to-day work direction and technical support, and allocate resources across product development, customer, procurement, and factory support. Manage electrical product development from concept through final production release, including hands-on development work at the on-site factory.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of electrical hardware development experience, and at least two years of people management experience. Candidates should have familiarity with commercial HVAC control components, experience managing development teams, and working knowledge of relevant PCB, business, PLM, and ERP tools; Siemens Xpedition, TeamCenter, SAP, IBM Jazz, and EMC testing experience are preferred.
