Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Collect and maintain structured joint-stack and fastener application data across vehicle and energy programs, and check alignment between engineering and manufacturing bills of materials across factories. Prepare joint-stack review packages, report progress and bottlenecks, and participate in design reviews to identify interchangeability and opportunities to consolidate parts.

Requirements: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or a similar discipline is requested, along with the ability to interpret assembly CAD, drawings, and bill-of-materials structures. Candidates should understand basic bolted-joint principles and demonstrate initiative, communication, attention to detail, and disciplined data handling; experience with Excel, Jira, database tools, and PLM systems is preferred.
