Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Own mechanical designs from concept through print-ready release, producing detailed CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings. Analyze and optimize thermal and structural performance using FEA, CFD, and other simulation tools, while collaborating on cryogenic, vacuum, and quantum infrastructure systems.

Requirements: Requires professional mechanical engineering experience, with seven or more years preferred, and demonstrated ownership of complex designs through drawing release. Candidates should have strong thermal and structural analysis skills, experience with FEA/CFD and 3D CAD tools, and availability during core hours of 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST.
