Civil Engineer (EI)

Job Description

Support the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects by performing technical analyses, preparing reports and project documents, and developing or reviewing construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulators, and project teams; assist with permitting, fieldwork, and construction support; and guide developing engineers.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Engineer Intern certification with the FE exam passed, and 3–5 years of professional experience supporting water and wastewater infrastructure design. Candidates should have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; eligibility to take the PE exam within a year and experience with municipal systems or mentoring are preferred.
