Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Own mechanical designs from concept through print-ready release, including CAD models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and appropriate tolerances. Perform thermal, thermodynamic, and structural analyses using simulation tools, and collaborate on cryogenic, vacuum, and other specialized systems for quantum infrastructure.

Requirements: Requires professional mechanical engineering experience, strong mechanical design and drawing skills, and proficiency in thermal analysis, thermodynamics, structural evaluation, CAD, and FEA/CFD tools. Seven or more years of experience is preferred, though less experience may be considered for candidates able to contribute at a high level; availability during 8:00 AM–3:00 PM MST core hours is required.
