The Marine Engineer shall be responsible for planning, creating, developing and maintaining Engineering Processes and development of drawings as per product configuation & other documentation to support the manufacture, assembly & testing of recreational powerboats product line from concept to final configuration.


• Produce and maintain MEP related drawings
• Oversee and provide guidance and MEP related issued
• Assist in the production of owner’s manuals
• Provide overall production assistance
• Work with Venders to create and update designs for Electrical Panels, Tanks and EPA compliance issues
• C Zone programming and support
• Cross function support as needed
• Assist with new model development
• Assist with NMMA requirements

Requires Degree in engineering and 5 years equivalent experience. Must be proficient with NMMA / ABYC guidelines
• Ability to create CAD Drawings with Rhino
• Strong understanding of boat/yacht electrical AC & DC systems
• Experience with C Zone or computer programming a plus

Salary will be based on relative experience and education.

• Physically fit, must be able to climb ladders, lift objects under 40 lbs.
• Prefer a candidate with marine design and boat building experience with an interest in boats
• Must be highly motivated, well organized, an excellent problem solver and decision maker. Well-developed communication skills.
• PC proficiency with demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software.
• Willing to work more than 40 hours per week as necessary to the complete the job.


• The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
• Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to 8-9 hours per day
• Will climb stairs/ladders to access boats and molds on an occasional basis
• Will lift, push or pull up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis
• May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
• May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
