Sabre Systems is currently looking for an Entry Level Engineer to work as a Logistics Analyst supporting our customer in Lakehurst, NJ performing Product Support Management in the Logistics Management Integration Department. The selected candidate's duties are:\u2022 Perform management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program planning, development, and execution\u2022 Assist in planning and implementing Integrated Logistics Support for the life cycle of assigned system/equipment from concept through field deployment\u2022 Participate in engineering design efforts to determine maintenance and support requirements\u2022 Review engineering drawings, technical data and engineering change proposals for logistics impacts \u2022 Review operator and maintainer technical manuals for technical accuracy\u2022 Maintain configuration control of logistics products\u2022 Prepare written correspondence and verbally report on assigned programs\u2022 Analyze ILS program execution and/or assigned programs' management/sustainment posture to identify deficiencies in established Integrated Logistics Support systems and resolve critical problems\u2022 Provide logistical and administrative support to the government customer\u2022 Candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets, tracking work orders, doing purchase requests, and more\u2022 Provide technical expertise in all areas of supply, inventory management, inventory accuracy and warehousing\u2022 Coordination of resource procurements



\u2022 A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Management (BSME/MSME) from an accredited institution, with some Logistics courses\u2022 Must have knowledge or basic experience in AutoCAD 2-D design, and product configuration management\u2022 MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (Strong knowledge of Word and Excel)\u2022 Good oral and written communication skills\u2022 Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail\u2022 Ability to work in a team environment\u2022 Ability to meet scheduled deadlines\u2022 Ability to travel, <25%\u2022 Must be a sole US Citizen, preferred an Active DoD Secret Clearance or higherPreferred Skills:

\u2022 One (1)+ years of experience, in an engineering position is preferred\u2022 Department of Defense experience, preferred\u2022 Understanding of DoD Logistics and Acquisition, within the United States Navy, preferred\u2022 Understanding of NAVAIR Systems Engineering Technical Review process, preferred\u2022 Working knowledge of the CORE System software, preferred\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint, preferredSOLE US Citizenship and either an Active DoD clearance (highly preferred) or the ability to immediately obtain a Secret clearance is required. Candidates who have had a clearance that has been inactive less than 2 years that can be immediately re-activated, may also be considered.
