Compensation: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
We are seeking a long-term, career-oriented individual, with a proven record of accomplishment of having strong work ethics, the ability to multitask, experience and those that thrive on working in a dynamic environment. This position will report to both the Project Manager/Senior Software Engineer as well as the CFO of the company who has been assisting in the implementation. Position Overview The Mid-level Developers are responsible for honing and advancing their craft as software engineers. Their job is to pair with leads, architects and other team members. entry level/Mid-level Developers should strive gain as much exposure and understanding as possible to all layers of the stack, programming paradigms and practices. A Mid-level developer should look to focus on a single layer, language and tool set of the stack. A Mid-level developer should be able to identify components of the application and infrastructure in their domain. entry level/Mid-level Developers are expected to learn the proper lexicon and terminology for the domains they work in. Mid-level Developers are expected to ask questions until their understanding of a subject matter is clear for their purposes. Responsibilities and Duties ? Pair with other developers and learn the software development process and life cycle of a feature request ? Continue to learn and hone skills as software engineer ? Focus on depth of knowledge and expertise in a certain language, tool set and area of the stack ? Raise questions and clarify any ambiguity the entry level/Mid-level developer has with an idea or process ? Troubleshoot and resolve any software related reported issues ? Hunt and fix bugs ? Evaluate, assess and recommend software solutions ? Design and model solutions that fit the problem ? Develop, and test enterprise C# applications ? Work as a member of project teams to implement designs to meet customer requirements ? Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
