The Architectural Design Technician works with Architects to efficiently develop 3-D Revit models and produce construction documents of buildings.
In addition, the Architectural Design Technician coordinates with Engineers and Designers from other disciplines on project teams to coordinate the designs of the projects.
Reports to Architectural Manager.
Associate degree in technical drawing or related field, or a minimum of 4 years of related trade experience
Must have a working knowledge of and a minimum of 2 years of Revit Architecture using BIM strategies and AutoCAD
Design experience working on industrial projects preferred
A working knowledge of Photoshop, Navisworks, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) desired
Experience with Dynamo or other Revit add-on programs desired
Excellent problem- solving skills, able to find solutions to challenges, innovative, resourceful and flexible
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills,
