Provectus, Inc. originally founded in 1989 under the name of Bansal and Associates, Inc. is a diversified consulting engineering firm offering complete engineering services in the Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing)and Electrical engineering disciplines for a wide array of clients from both public and private sectors of the economy. Our services include site survey and assessment of existing buildings, preparation of contract documents and performance of construction phase services. Our engineers provide pre-design, design, and consulting services for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Renewable Energy Systems. We also provide targeted service areas including value engineering, feasibility studies, indoor environmental analysis, system analysis and troubleshooting, building controls automation, due diligence reports, construction phase services, and Green & Energy Consulting. We have gained extensive knowledge and experience in the evaluation and design of numerous small to large size projects involving recreational, commercial, institutional, religious, retail and residential buildings within the Washington DC metro area as well as various surrounding states including Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
