Celebrating our fourth anniversary in January 2023, JQOL is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE) with offices in Indiana and Kentucky. We currently have over 45 staff members and offer a wide range of professional engineering services such as Site and Civil, Transportation, Multimodal, and Structural Engineering. Additionally, our service offering includes Construction Administration, Sustainability Services, and Survey Services.
In 2020 JQOL merged with HRG, a full-service civil engineering firm with a 50+ year presence in Owensboro, KY, and in 2022 JQOL acquired space in Louisville, KY, further expanding its reach and service offering.
JQOL was founded through the vision that by simply doing their jobs, Civil Engineers impact all parts of peoples’ lives on a daily basis. This vision sets the foundation of our service - we believe in delivering a quality product to our clients by first understanding their needs and the vision they have for their project. We keep this at the forefront as we work on a project, and upon delivery, we hope our contributions were Improving Quality of Life through Engineering.
